Robin’s practice primarily involves commercial and toxic tort litigation, professional liability matters, and representation of court-appointed receivers and monitors in fiduciary litigation and federal enforcement actions. She has significant experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial.
Robin has also worked on numerous appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, authoring appellate briefs and presenting oral arguments. Robin tackles complex issues that arise in the course of litigation and crafts creative legal arguments on behalf of her clients.
