About me
Henrique is a founding partner of Duarte Forssell Advogados ("DFA"), a São Paulo boutique law firm specializing in cross-border litigation, international asset recovery, and transnational insolvency with extensive experience in advising trustees, foreign liquidators and financial institutions in the identification of bankruptcy and financial frauds. Henrique has been a member of ICC FraudNet since 2011 and Duarte Forssell Advogados is the only São Paulo firm in that network. He serves as the IBA Regional Representative for Latin America on the Asset Recovery Committee and is a member of INSOL International.
