Alysson Mills practices law primarily in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Her practice is diverse. She represents plaintiffs in professional fraud and securities fraud cases and represents plaintiffs and defendants in cases implicating the First Amendment. A large part of her practice is dedicated to appeals.
She is a member of the Eastern District of Louisiana’s Criminal Justice Act Panel and represents indigent criminal defendants in federal courts. She serves on the U.S. Sentencing Commission’s Practitioner’s Advisory Group. She volunteers her professional time to causes that are important to her.
She is a federal court-appointed receiver and neutral.
