She has broad experience representing creditors, business debtors, fiduciaries, and parties involved in insolvency-related litigation. Bernice serves as the federal equity receiver for the $200 million MJ Capital Funding Ponzi scheme, where she has recovered tens of millions of dollars and administered thousands of investor claims, as well as the $93 million Location Ventures real estate investment scheme, where she has administered over $70 million in real estate through free and clear sales.
